The society is called “Stellenbosch University Astronomy Society”, and is affiliated with the Societies Council of Stellenbosch University. We aim to foster academic interest and community engagement in the field of astronomy, and operate in line with Stellenbosch University’s values and policies.
Vision
To inspire students with the wonders of the night sky and foster the curiosity and appreciation of the universe that is within all of us.
